Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul have been in brilliant form as they have scored a century each in the series. At No.3, Pujara has performed better in the second innings than in the first. Kohli has been decent with a couple of fifties to his name in the middle-order, but Rahane has been entirely out of form, and Pant looks back in shape with a fifty in the last match.

The all-rounders Jadeja and Shardul have performed well in the crucial moments, and mainly Shardul performed brilliantly by scoring two fifties in the last match. Bumrah has been the star of the bowling attack, while Shami and Umesh have supported him well.
