He captained the team to two BBL trophies during the 2019-20 season and the 2020-21 season. He has won 63 matches in 107 games and lost 37 BBL games as skipper with a win percentage of 58.33%.

2. Ashton Turner, 43 wins in 64 matches as captain, (Perth Scorchers)

Turner is amongst the most destructive batters in the Australian domestic circuit. The 31-year-old can destroy any bowling lineup on his day. He scored 350 plus runs during the 2021-22 BBL season with a strike rate of above 150 helping Perth Scorchers win their third fourth BBL trophy.

As a skipper Turner has won 43 games in 64 BBL games losing 19 with a win percentage of 67.18%. The Western Australian player has shown clarity with his smart field placements keeping in mind the batting team’s strengths. He captained Perth Scorchers to two back-to-back BBL trophies in 2021-22 and 2022-23.

3. Travis Head, 17 wins in 28 matches as captain, (Adelaide Strikers)-

Head is amongst the most consistent batters in International cricket at the moment. The left-hander has highlighted his class as a batter in the shorter format. Head can accelerate the scoring by playing big shots and some brilliant running between the wickets.
