The updated schedule features a total of 17 matches to be played across six designated venues. The league will restart with a high-voltage clash between Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on May 17th at 7:30 PM IST.

The revised schedule also includes two double-headers, both scheduled for Sundays, ensuring maximum fan engagement on weekend afternoons and evenings.
IPL 2025 New Venues and Changes
The revised schedule has led to some changes in the venues for the remaining league matches. While the initial schedule had matches spread across more cities, the remaining games will now be concentrated in the following six venues:
- M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru
- Sawai Mansingh Stadium, Jaipur
- Arun Jaitley Stadium, Delhi
- Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium, Lucknow
- Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad
- Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai
Notably, Mohali and Dharamsala will not host any further matches this season. The Punjab Kings (PBKS) will now play their remaining home games in Jaipur.
IPL 2025 Final Match Venues
According to the revised schedule released by the BCCI, the final match is scheduled for June 3, 2025. However, the venue for the final, as well as the venues for the playoff matches (Qualifier 1, Eliminator, and Qualifier 2), will be announced at a later stage.
