ISL vs PES Dream11 Prediction for Today Match

Islamabad United will take on Peshawar Zalmi in the 26th match of the Pakistan Super League 2021 at Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi. We covered ISL vs PES Dream11 Team Prediction for today match.

Islamabad United:

Islamabad United is having a great time as they have won six out of the eight matches and are currently at the top of points of the table with 12 points. The batsmen put up a great show in the last game and won comfortably eight wickets.

Opener Colin Munro has not been consistent but has played a couple of brilliant innings and batted exceptionally well in the last match, scoring 88* runs. Usman Khawaja has also been decent so far but has been slow in his approach. The new No.3, Akhlaq, got out for just one run.

Iftikhar Ahmed has been in great form from the last couple of matches and scored 71* runs from 39 balls. Asif Ali is also providing good support in the middle-order.

The bowling department has put up a decent performance so far but was slightly out of rhythm in the last match. Hasan Ali has been leading the bowling attack ideally. Wasim Jr, Akif Javed, and Ali Khan managed to pick up one wicket each.

Islamabad needs to win one of the remaining two matches to ensure themselves in the top two points table.

Peshawar Zalmi:

Zalmi is also in a good position currently as they have won five out of the nine matches and are at the 2nd position on the points table. They put up an all-around performance and won the last game comfortably by six wickets.

After a couple of good knocks, Kamran Akmal got out early in the last match, but his new opening partner Hazratullah Zazai put up a fantastic performance, scoring 63 runs from just 26 balls. On the other hand, Haider Ali is still struggling to score runs.

Shoaib Malik once again got out cheaply. Powell and Rutherford played according to the situation and won the match for the team, but their inconsistency has been a concern for the team.

After a disappointing match, the bowlers are back in form, and their lead bowler Wahab picked up three wickets in the last game. Abrar Ahmed and Sameen Gul picked up three and two wickets, respectively.

Peshawar Zalmi has ensured a spot in the playoffs, but they need to win the remaining match, and they might have a chance to finish in the top two.
