In the 9th over Umer Khan picked up a wicket and later Kings lost the momentum as they gave away easy runs and weren’t able to pick up any wicket which cost them to lose the match.

Lahore Qalandars:

Lahore Qalandars have played decently so far as they are currently at the 3rd position on the points table with 4 wins and 4 losses and a total of 8 points.

In the last match, bowling first Qalandars started well by picking up a wicket in the very 1st over bowled by Shaheen Afridi. Samit Patel bowled brilliantly and picked a wicket in 2nd and 4th over. Later Qalandars lost the momentum as they were not able to pick up wickets and were not able to restrict the opposition from scoring runs. In the 16th over All-rounder David Wiese picked up a wicket. Shaheen Afridi picked up 3, Samit Patel picked up 2, Dilbar Hussain and David Wiese picked 1 wicket each. Later in-form batsman Chris Lynn and Fakhar Zaman steadied the innings. After a 96 run partnership, Chris Lynn got out for 59 and Fakhar Zaman got out for 63. In 18th over Qalandars lost two wickets of Hafeez and in-form batsman Ben Dunk but in the end, Samit Patel and David Wiese did the finishing job which helped the Qalandars win the match by 5 wickets.
