NZ vs AUS Dream 11 Prediction and Top Picks: 3rd T20I, Australia tour of New Zealand, 2021

New Zealand and Australia will be played in the 3rd T20I match at Westpac Stadium, Wellington. We will cover NZ vs AUS Dream 11 Prediction, match preview, and Fantasy Cricket Tips.

New Zealand:

New Zealand is having their best time in the T20I format as they continue to win matches one after the other. They put up an excellent performance and won the game by 5 runs.

After the struggles to score runs in the recent matches, Martin Guptill batted brilliantly in the last game but fell short of just three runs to a well-deserved century. Kane Williamson also batted well, along with Guptill scoring a fifty.

In the middle-order, while all the other batsmen were getting out cheaply, Neesham stood still on the crease and caused havoc by scoring 45* runs from just 16 balls and helped the team post a massive total of 219 runs. After a brilliant inning in the first match, Devon Conway got out early in the last game. Glenn Phillips is yet to play a big inning this series.

The bowling unit continued their form from the first match and bowled brilliantly in the initial and middle overs picking up wickets. Still, in the death overs, they conceded a lot of runs, and at one point, it looked like they would lose the match, but Neesham managed to pick up wickets in the last game and took New Zealand to victory.

After a brilliant performance in the first match, Ish Sodhi gave a lot of runs in the second match but managed to pick up a wicket. Santner bowled brilliantly, picking up four wickets in the last game. The experienced duo Southee and Boult were not that effective in the previous match. Neesham bowled well, picking up two wickets.

New Zealand would want to win the next match and seal the series with two games to spare.

Australia:

Australia’s recent performance in the T20I format has not been that good as they are yet to win a match in this series. They played well in the last game but failed to convert it into a win as they lost the game just by four runs.

Skipper Aaron Finch is struggling a lot to score runs as he got out early in both matches. Matthew Wade batted decently, and at No.3, Josh Philippe missed his half-century just by five runs in the previous game.

In the middle-order, Stoinis batted exceptionally well, scoring 78 runs, but he did not support other batsmen like Maxwell, Ashton Agar, and Mitchell Marsh Three got out early, and Maxwell has not appeared to be in form with the bat.

Daniel Sams in the lower-middle order complemented Stoinis very well by scoring 41 runs from just 15 balls, but both got out in the last over, and as a result, they lost the match.

The bowlers are having a tough time in this series as they cannot control the flow of runs. Even in the second match, they conceded many runs but picked up wickets in the middle overs and looked like they were making a comeback in the game, but in the death overs, they again gave away runs.

Jhye Richardson and Daniel Sams have been consistently picking up wickets for Australia. In the last match, Kane Richardson picked up 3 wickets but was slightly expensive, and Zamapa managed to pick up a wicket.

Australia needs to win this match, or else they would lose this series because they already have lost two games.
