Iftikhar Ahmed and Sarfaraz Ahmed scored 25 and 24 runs in losing cause of the team. Pace duo of Isuru Udana and Nuwan Pradeep were at their lethal best for the visitors taking three scalps each. Wanindu Hasaranga struck twice to ensure the first victory for the team in Pakistan tour.
Pakistan will be eager to bounce back and put a dominant show in the second T20I, while Sri Lanka will hope to continue the winning momentum.
