Rawat’s domestic cricket career began in 2021 with Baroda domestic cricket team, and he made his T20s debut on 04 Nov 2021 in the 2021–22 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. In the same year, he also made his List A debut on December 08, 2021 in the 2021–22 Vijay Hazare Trophy
