AUS vs IND Dream11 Prediction | 2nd ODI | Match Preview | India tour of Australia 2020-21

Australia and India will clash against each other in the 2nd ODI of the series at Sydney Cricket Ground, Sydney. We will cover AUS vs IND 2nd ODI Dream11 Prediction, Probable Playing XI, and Fantasy Cricket Tips.

Australia:

The Australian team was ruthless in their batting as they posted a humungous total of 374 runs and won comfortably by a significant margin of 66 runs.

Both the openers David Warner and Aaron Finch are looking in good form as they scored a half-century and century respectively and put up a partnership of over 150 runs for the 1st wicket in the last match.

After a bad IPL, Steve Smith and Maxwell both appeared to be back to their form as Smith scored a century from just 62 balls and Maxwell played very aggressively scoring 45 runs from only 19 balls which included five fours and three sixes. Stoinis and Labuschagne got early and did not affect the scored much.

The bowlers conceded a fair amount of runs but at the same time couple of them bowled brilliantly. Josh Hazlewood bowled brilliantly picking up crucial wickets early in the match, and Adam Zampa bowled at the end and finished off the game for Australia.

Even though Stoinis did not pick up any wickets, he very well controlled the flow of runs but Starc, Cummins, and Maxwell appeared to be out of rhythm as they went for a lot of runs.

Australia would want to continue their winning momentum in the 2nd ODI and seal the series by winning the next match.

India:

The opposition thoroughly outplayed the Indian team as they leaked a lot of runs and also got out early trying to play big shots and lost the match by a lot of runs.

The other bowlers like Navdeep Saini and Yuzvendra Chahal, gave away over 80 runs in their spell.

Even one of the best bowlers of the Indian team, Jasprit Bumrah had an economy of over seven runs and managed to pick up only one wicket. Jadeja bowled decently but went wicketless.

Shikhar Dhawan and Mayank Agarwal opened the innings for the team and Agarwal trying to play aggressively got out early in the match. Virat Kohli played some unusual shot which looked different from his everyday batting style, and he too got out first.

Batting at No.4, Shreyas Iyer who is not so good at playing short ball, had to face an excellent short delivery on his 2nd ball, and he too got out. KL Rahul who was in red hot form in IPL couldn’t continue the same form in Australia, and he also got out for only 12 runs.

Shikhar Dhawan and Hardik Pandya batted beautifully scoring 74 runs and 90 runs respectively and gave hope that the target was successful. But after they got out, everything was over for the Indian team. Ravindra Jadeja and Navdeep Saini batted for a while in the end, but that was of no use.

India would want to change certain things in their team and would not want to repeat the mistakes they did in the 1st ODI and make a comeback in the series by winning the 2nd ODI.
