IND vs ENG Dream11 Prediction 1st ODI, England tour of India, 2021

IND vs ENG Dream11 PredictionProbable Playing XI, and Fantasy Cricket Tips of the 1st ODI match at Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium, Pune.

India:

India has been going from strength to strength after every series. First, the T20I and Test series win against Australia and now the Test Series and T20 series against England. Now India would be focusing on the ODI format and defeat their opposition in all three game formats.

Rohit Sharma will be playing 50-over cricket after a long time, and as always, he will open the innings for the team. He batted brilliantly in the last match of the T20I series and is looking in good form. Either KL Rahul or Shikhar Dhawan will get a chance to open the innings alongside Rohit. Both of them had an evil T20I series.

Skipper Kohli is back to form his brilliant performance in the T20I series and was also awarded the Man of the Series award. Shreyas Iyer generally bats at No.4 and provides stability to the team. Rishab Pant and Hardik Pandya are the team’s designated finishers and can cause havoc in death overs.

The pace attack will be lead by Bhuvneshwar Kumar, and any two among Shardul, Siraj and Natarajan might get a chance in the ODIs. Krunal Pandya might get to play Sundar as he adds batting depth and is also a left-arm orthodox bowler. Either Yuzvedra Chahal or Kuldeep Yadav will be the leading spinner in the team.

India has not played the ODI series much in recent times, so it will be challenging for them to beat a world-class team like England.

England:

Then No.1 T20I team England, after being unbeaten for the 8 T20I series, finally lost to the Indian team. But they put up an excellent performance, and at some point, they looked like they would easily win the series. England would be hoping to give it back to India by winning the ODI series.

Jason Roy batted very well in the T20I series. Still, he was unlucky to miss his fifty considerably, and along with him, Jonny Bairstow will be opening the innings; and he had struggled in the Test series but was decent in the T20I series. Liam Livingstone might get a chance at No.3 as Joe Root is not available for the ODI series.

The middle and lower-middle order will be handled by Morgan, Stokes, Buttler, and Billings. Morgan did not have an excellent T20I series, whereas Stokes and Buttler played aggressively when required, and Stoke also managed to pick up a few wickets. The spin duo Moeen Ali and Adil Rashid might get to play the entire ODI series.

Mark Wood will be leading the pace attack consisting of Sam Curran and Tom Curran. Jofra Archer will not be playing the ODI series. England has outstanding players in the team, but the only thing that would be bothering them is players’ confidence as they have lost two back-to-back series.
