REN vs STA Dream11 Prediction | Top Picks | 45th Match, BBL 2020-21

Hello and welcome to our REN vs STA Dream11 Prediction, Probable Playing XI, and Fantasy Cricket Tips. Melbourne Renegades and Melbourne Stars Heat will play against each other in the 45th match of the Big Bash League 2020-21 at Docklands Stadium, Melbourne, Melbourne.

Melbourne Renegades:

The Melbourne Renegades are having hard luck this season as they have won only two out of eleven matches and are currently at the bottom of the points table with 10 points. They had to face disappointment once again as they lost their last game by six wickets.

Skipper Aaron Finch has looked completely out of form this season and got out for a duck in the last match. Opening batsman Shaun Marsh has put up some decent performances so far in this season. At No.3 Sam Harper has been batting decently and has played a couple of good innings and scored 63 runs in the last match.

Mackenzie has been batting decently, and scoring runs in whichever position he was asked to bat. Fraser-McGurk batted well in some of the matches but got early in the last game. Imad Wasim has not contributed much with the bat this season and scored only 15 runs in the previous game.

The bowlers have been performing decently so far this season. Only Kane Richardson has been consistently picking up wickets, and Peter Hatzoglou has also been bowling well from the last few matches. Imad Wasim has appeared to be handling the spin department well. Sutherland managed to pick up a wicket in the previous game.

Renegades’ chances of qualifying for the playoffs are very slim almost impossible, but they need to enjoy every remaining match and try to win them.

Melbourne Stars:

They are making a perfect comeback in the tournament after few bad performances. Stars have won 5 out of the 11 matches, and one match was abandoned due to rain.

Melbourne Stars are now at the 3rd position on the points table with a total of 23 points. They performed brilliantly and won the last match by six wickets.

After a brilliant inning, opening batsman Andre Fletcher got out early in the last match, but his partner Stoinis has been batting well and providing a good start in almost every game and scored 43 runs in the previous game.

Nick Larkin has been batting at different positions this season and has put up some good performances with the bat. Skipper Maxwell has also been performing well but has appeared to be struggling in the last few matches.

Nic Maddinson and Cartwright have been batting decently in the lower middle-order and providing good finishes for the team in the recent matches.

Adam Zampa has been the most consistent wicket-taker of the team, and Liam Hatcher has also bowled well in most of the matches. Billy Stanlake has seemed to be getting better with every game. Glenn Maxwell and Zahir Khan have also picked up some crucial wickets so far in this season.

Stars need to continue their winning momentum and win their next match against the Renegades and move up in the points table.
