Sam Hain – Stats, Career Info, Age, Height, Wife, Net Worth & Family

Sam Hain is a Hong Kong-born English middle-order batsman. He is 26 years old and currently plays Warwickshire in county cricket. In spite of the fact that Hain has yet to make his international debut, he is regarded as one to watch in the future. He entered the domestic scene with a lot of expectations and hasn’t been able to deliver on them. When he was 18, he broke Ian Bell’s famous record for the youngest player to score a century in a county match.

His debut season saw him score four centuries and finish the season as the top run-scorer for Warwickshire. In his debut season only, Hain was regarded as one of the hottest properties in English cricket, but the baggage of expectations seems to have weighed on him. Over the next few seasons, he struggled to maintain the same level of performance and disappeared from the limelight.

From the 2019 season onwards, Sam Hain rediscovered his form and has become a dominant presence in List-A. The average of his List-A stats is almost 60, which is one of the best in all competitions worldwide. Though he hasn’t made his debut, he was a member of England’s squad against Ireland in 2020.
