IND vs ENG Dream11 Prediction 2nd ODI, England tour of India, 2021

IND vs ENG Dream11 PredictionProbable Playing XI, and Fantasy Cricket Tips of the 2nd ODI match at Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium, Pune.

India:

Finally, India managed to win the first match of the series, and they put up an excellent performance with both bat and ball, made a good comeback in the 2nd innings, and won the match comfortably by 66 runs.

Rohit Sharma played this format after a long time and batted decently in the first match, and his partner, Shikhar Dhawan, who was out of form in the last game, batted brilliantly but was unlucky to miss a century by just two runs.

Skipper Kohli is in tremendous form and has been scoring fifties consistently, but everyone has been waiting for his century. KL Rahul has been picked up as the wicket-keeper, and he batted at No.5, scoring a fifty along with the debutant Krunal Pandya who also scored a quick fifty. With Hardik Pandya also in the team’s lower middle-order, the team’s batting looks very strong.

India’s pace attack has improved a lot in recent years, and even without the strike bowlers like Bumrah and Shami, the Indian team has been able to win matches. The debutant Prasidh Krishna bowled brilliantly, picking up four wickets. Bhuvi was very economical, and Shardul managed to pick up wickets at the right time.

The spinners Krunal Pandy bowled decently, but Kuldeep Yadav was a little expensive. India would like to win the next match and seal the series without taking it to the last game.

England:

The Indian team once again outplayed England as they lost the first match of the series. They got good starts in both batting and bowling but couldn’t maintain the opposition’s pressure and lost the rhythm in the middle overs.

Jason Roy has been very consistent in the limited over format. Still, he has been very unlucky as he has missed his fifty for the fourth time now, and Jonny Bairstow also batted brilliantly, and he too missed his well-deserved century by just six runs. Ben Stokes was sent to bat at No.3, but he couldn’t score much and got out early.

Morgan’s struggle to score runs continues in the ODIs, too, as he scored some 20 odd runs. Jos Buttler and Sam Billings, who are such good players in the middle-order, also couldn’t contribute much. Moeen Ali, Sam Curran, and Tom Curran put up some fight in the end, but the Indian bowlers were too good for them.

The bowling department has appeared to lack experience, which was visible in the 1st ODI. Ben Stokes bowled well, picking up wickets, and Mark Wood started well but was expensive in the death overs and managed to pick up 2 wickets.

England would be hoping to make a comeback in the 2nd match and keep the series alive.
